Pepperfry sells product with half information. I bought an egg boiler. Only after purchasing I come to know that the usage process is complicated. One has to pierce the egg, check that while piercing it is not broken, which gets always broken, and then invert and put on boiling.
There is no return or exchange policy. And the worse is, their call center people do not understand what they are saying. I am going to give a very bad score to this site and help my friends, colleagues with the actual feedback. One thing - In today's online shopping scenario of India, Pepperfry will go down in no time, unless they understand customer perspective.
