It is almost 50 days since I placed my order and yet I have not received the shipment. On repeat followups, the customer support guys are one of the most ignorant lot. Everytime they say someone will call in 15 mins, only once did I get a call.that too with false promises and no action.
Strictly advise all the customers not to make any purchase from them.
I intend to file a case in consumer court. These guys definitely need to learn an lesson.
