I like everything about this firm. Professional pics and usable website, good customer service, prompt responses to emails/calls, accountability and responsibility for products and a sense of putting the customer first( which is rare in India). Overall a good and convenient option for online shopping.
I ordered a shoe rack and many small items, They were all delivered on time. I had difficulty with the assembly of the shoe rack since some of the pieces were labelled wrongly. Pepperfry send its own carpenter and assembled it for me, which was going above and beyond. I definitely recommend them
