Be careful before purchasing anything from Pepperfry.com. This is a fraud company. They will not fulfill order completely, yet your money will be lost.
I ordered 6 Reebok deodorants each costing Rs. 165. They said that they would give 40% discount. So they charged Rs. 594(plus Rs. 10 donation at my discretion) to my credit card. They delivered 5 deos and said that they don't have 1 in stock. They credited 224 points to my online account with them and asked me to redeem those points within 15 days failing which I would lose those points.
When I tried to redeem I understood that I have to order at least for Rs. 239+ Rs. 59 will be charged for shipping and that too I have to pay the amount either by credit card or by direct debit from my bank account.
When I actually tried to order with redemption of 224 points, the order did not go through but my points are all gone. Repeated emails to them did not result in any single response. To make matters worse, they don't even have a toll free number to call customer service. They are based in Mumbai. So if you are outside of Mumbai, you will incur cost of STD calls, but eventually they wouldn't do anything. So you lose your money.
Punish them by ordering products on Cash On Delivery and then return the goods. Hopefully, that's the only way they will learn a lesson.
Absolute fraud company.
