Never call back
They expect the customer to remind the sales guy on customer queries feedback
They expect the customer to go and talk to them personally to get the queries solved
Never bothered to meet the timeline. Nothing special, but to call us and inform the status
No test drives offered even after I requested
I feel, they are doing marketing for some other dealer. Anyways, I decided either to go with Cochin division or another vendor in Quilon (which is about 70 Kms away from where I'm staying).
