Payumoney is good way of going digital in money transaction but there customer service need to improve, their customer service executive need to think in customer perspective.Let me brief you the experience that I had with payumoney. I loaded Rs 2500 in last December 2015 by credit card and I did not utilize till now. Finally one day I decided to use this money in the merchant but unfortunately the money that wanted use was not display with the merchant when login with my user id and password.
Initially I taught that it was problem with the merchant but I tried with different merchant, but it was not working then I tried to transfer the money to bank but again it was not allowing to transfer the money to bank as well. Finally I wrote email to the customer care and they called me and informed me that the loaded by the credit card cannot be transferred to bank. I am fine about that and it is valid to but my concern was I was not able utilize it with the merchant, they informed me that I can do it and asked me to try again. I tried again and send them as email with screen shot but they responded back that I did not take call and ticket is closed.
I got surprised they way they handled me. I haven't a call at all and the number they email me saying I called this number was incorrect.I got fade up and decided to try myself then I tried again that's where I noticed there are 2 type of login 1. quick login 2. Login with OTP. If we use quick login then it will not display the wallet money, if we use Login with OTP then we can use the wallet money. I expected this information from customer care team but I need to identify this after a long struggle
