The Paytm mobile app both for android and iOS is very good. As per my exprience I have not had any problem making any purchases. But as doing the recharge thing with the Paytm App both iOS and Androis. The app takes too much time in finisng the carrier network and to show the prepaid offers so that an user can choose and make the puschase from that point only.
Paytm should fix this bugs as soon as possible as it irriates me as well as I hope all the users. Moreover the Paytm app is better in every aspect leaving the recahrge options. Few days back Paytm app was running with the bug of recahrge that is when ever any one is dping recharge on his/her aircel of rs 100 he or she was getting 300 instead of 100. This thing as happened to me also as I was benefited as well with this. Paytm the parent company one97 should focus the work on fixing the app and the web services as well.
