Earlier it was only an online recharging website. But after that its spreading its products. But one thing which is lacking is the better user interface.
Sometimes website is down during the online payment. Sometimes promo codes won't work, you have to enter it after refreshing and reopening the website in the new page.
I guess the kind of services paytm is providing its quite remarkable in its field. But, its need a more changes in all over customer experiences too. The kind of products specially in the field of clothing's are worse! As, a whole website need an up-gradation with a new user interface with some easy functions!
