I am also a user of Paytm(not now). When we talk about it, we think it is genuine and good to use. But we have to think deeply into it. It is somewhat good and it should need some improvement.
There are some disadvantages of Paytm. Customer support is not up to level. Customer support is very poor.
You need to have high-speed internet to transfer money in Paytm. Otherwise, you will get an error in the transaction.
I searched on google about the disadvantages of Paytm. Almost 95% reviews are about transaction problem. Its summary is " I withdraw my money from Paytm to Bank account. Money is cut from Paytm. But I did not receive money to my Bank account." This is the review of all. Actually, this problem arises to me also. I went to Bank and I clarified my doubts there. I requested the Bank members and I received my money in the next day. All said that they call Paytm service and asked them. Don't ask them. Just ask on your Bank. They will solve your problem.
Actually, it is a rare problem. It occurs very rarely. Don't feel bad friends.
The reason why I stop using Paytm is " I found the best alternative to Paytm" that is "Phonepe". It contains many offers. It has many discounts. I did not get any inconvenience in Phonepe. So, I stopped using Paytm and started using Phonepe.
