I tried to recharge Rs.120 for my Idea mobile from PAYTM site. But in PAYTM the Status was shown as PAYMENT FAILED. But I had been deducted the amount from my credit card for the same.
But now all my order history has been completely erased from PAYTM site. I have been sending emails to PAYTM customer care regarding this issue., But no response. Even tried to call the CC number. But no response. Could anybody please help to get my money back.
