Degrading Service Online Transaction Paytm. Review on Paytm

Before few Days I installed paytm for various purpose such as paying bills online or recharge, that time the service is quiet good but nowdays there are transaction problems I faced recently I want to transfer money to my paytm wallet around 3500rs they deduct money from my card but not refeclt in my wallet as I raise complaint to them they didnt respond sartisfactorily . so it took too long to refund my money back and this is not so good becasue of that now I am loosing my faith over there siervice. so I reallywant paytm to fix such issues as early as possible because if it continued then it will affect faith of peoples on paytm. I didnt purchase anything yet on it but my friends do so and its nice .app is sometime notwork properly it hangs and if we want to pay through app then error occurs .so overall it is very disappointing service by paytm.
