If during prepaid/DTH recharge, they are debiting money from the bank account. The order status always shows'Operator Confirmation Awaited' many hours/days. You will neither get the balance nor the amount refund. When we escalated to the customer care team of paytm team with the bank transaction number, they say that they have not received the amount, contact the bank. Bank says that they have paid that amount with the generated transaction number to paytm. If the paytm transaction fails money is auto credited to bank account.
Customer service is the worst.
