I feel this review is:
I had to pay my electric bill of CESC. I used paytm app for this. The transaction was cancelled at the time of payment. First the amoumt was added in paytm cash then it redirected to payment page. But when my transaction was cancelled they told the amount will be refunded in my bank accoint. And it will take 4-5 days to reflect. It was wrong. If it was added in paytm cash then I could try again. They should think this thing. I have recieved my payment after 5days. It is difficult if your large money stuck for 4-5 days.
