I got a laptop from paytm. I ordered lenove z50-70 from paytm in march. I ordered black colour z50-70 from paytm. On their wesite its description was written as Brand lenovo model z50-70 hard disk-500GB RAM-4GB Dedicated Graphic Card-2 GB. When I got the laptop in courier it was of silver colour and it was written in bill as black colour and it was without Graphic card.
I called their customer care no and they appointed me an executive. when I mailed him details of the received laptop he did not revert back for some days. after some days he reverted back with the reply that we have send u same laptop which is shown in bill. This means that paytm guys r totally liars and has worst customer service and send false products to customers. Please dont buy anything from https://paytm.com they r making fools of us
