Lets hope the disaster is over and the worst doesnt follow this winter .
The spine chilling harsh winter has descended in the valley ( temp. touched 3 degrees Celcius few days back ) , in winter the temp. in many areas goes down to as low as -15 degrees .
People are without food , blankets and shelter . With more than 80% of structures damaged or vulnerable , it is going to be impossible to survive the winter for many .

Please spare a thought .
