I like corn flakes for breakfast, its like my wholesome meal. But as well we need to take care that we aren't eating anything unhealthy under the name of healthy food.
Patanjali has a wide range of products from eateries to face washes, soaps, shampoos, masalas, desi ghee and a lot more. Once on a visit to one of the Patanjali store near by my eye caught their Choco Flakes pack. I asked the seller if they had normal cornflakes and he said they did. I brought the 500gm pack in just Rs.145 which was very cheap when you compare it other corn flakes brand.
Patanjali corn flakes mix is a rich breakfast. It is low fat, rich in iron and contains zero cholesterol. What else does a person need at the start of their day. Sealed in a plastic bag inside a white box with distinctive writing on the outside.
The best part is that the cornflakes don't go soggy so fast, as the flakes are a bit thick. I top my corn flakes bowl with lots of fruits and nuts, that's the way I like it best.
Even these flakes can be used in my cookies and cakes or as coating to my pattice for a crunchy outing. I have really found many Patanjali products useful and this one is just an add to the list.
