I have been using Patanjali coconut oil on my hair for the last few years.It cheap, natural and safe. I use it twice or thrice a week before shampoo.Sometimes I blend the coconut oil with my other oils espicially Olive oil to make it more effective.
I slightly heat the oil and massage it gently from scalp to ends and let it sit for 1 hr.
After 1-2 hr, I wash it out with my shampoo and then follow with conditioner.
It is very moisturizing and my hair has become much healthier than before also it leaves my hair so soft and silky.
I also use coconut oil for cooking sometimes. I love the smell and taste. I read it somewhere that it helps to burn fat and also has several other health benefits.
