My dad always said that Bel is a nectar for solving all stomach problems. It works in both ways-if somebody is having constipation, it will remove that and if somebody is having dysentry it will remove that too. So it is multipurpose. It is also cooling from inside so people with a lot of heat in the body should have this. When somebody has jaundice they should definitely have bel to bring the liver back to normal state. It is good that Baba Ramdev has brought all the benefits of Bel in this Bel Murabba which keeps the benefits preserved for long time and tastes good. Bel inherently tastes weird, it is dense, fibrous and a lot of people do not like its taste, but in this murabba it is made sweet which is good for everyone. But the only problem is that it is too sweet and diabetics have to stay away from this. I suggest that take one bel and completely squeeze off the sweet syrup and then have it because bel is good but this murabba's sweet syrup will just be problematic for our bodies!
