I made booking in Parveen travels online using their website https://parveentravels.com/. Travel date is august 18th from madurai to chennai.Problem starts when I made online booking itself.They charged twice in my credit card and if it happens in KPN travels or IRCTC they will refund the money without we making any complaint but in the parveen travels even after compaining for more than 2 months still they didnt bather to refund the money.
I think by cheating customers like this only they grow in their business.Thats one thing and the next is about the bus quality.I have never seen a horrible bus like that.We got last seat and there was no window, the glass was broken & they placed a thick paper kind of think for last two seats & the push back didnt work.When the bus hits some speed brakers & bad roads we almost went up & hit the top of the bus & we all sufferred head injuries & never slept because of the fear &pain.
Even in the normal government bus the quality of the bus wont be this bad.My kind advice is dont travel in parveen travels, specially if your travelling with family.If you are high risk taker in the life then you can try this travels
