On 3oth of july our group of 16 people went to the park hyatt to enjoy the rains and beuty and culture of GOA. For some it was their first visit. Honestly the hotel looked good the staff were extraordinarily nice and helpfull.
the food spread was big and good although most of it was just the same for all the three days specially the breakfast. The rooms were good. the beach was just very good .
BUT THE A/C OF ALL THE ROOMS JUST DID NOT WORK 100%. I THINK THE A/C WERE WORKING AT 25% CAPACITY. So inspite of all the plus points the worst experience with the non functional a/c rooms all of us spent three HORRORFULL nights which made us all think twice before ever visiting goa again .
Since we all are from bombay the sea was no facination. We made many many complaints to the hotel staff and they just offered us to shift to other rooms which were no better ... I am sure tehy all knew the problem. I suppose they were trying to save on their running costs as I felt that the generators were not Connected to the a/c plants , , this is my observation. Just forgot to mention that from the varab=ndah opposite my room 0129 any body could have a full view of our bed forget the bedroom eeeeeks!
