I bought onida 1.5 t split ac for my 13x15 room it was working good one day I saw the katrinas ad and made my mind to purchase panasonic ac so I went to shop and bought 2t split ac it was installed and was ready to use it worked for 10 to 15 days and after that it started giving trouble it was not cooling according to its capacity I called the local dealer he gave no response after 4 days I contacted cust care and registered my complaint after 6 days one official contacted and said we will solve u r problem soon up to date I am suffering even after spending so much money this is the idea of panasonic for customers life. They just dont care for customers
