Pahari temple is located on the hill top, west ranchi city, jharkhand. Rhis temole is dedicated to lord shiva.
The visitors can get a magnificient scenic view from the top of the hill.
At the bottom of the hill, a lake is situated called ranchi lake.
This temple is situated at 8 km from the station and 12 km from the airport making it easily accessible from all transport medium.
The height of the hill is 2140ft and it has got 468 step stair to climb up the hill.
This place is fastky becoming a tourist place and it witnesses a huge gathering in the month of february and october.
The hill top is the best place view a sunrise.
This place was earlier known as phansi tongri as the freedom fighters were hanged there.
There's flag hoisting on the top on every republic and independance day.
The only advice I would like to give to others is that please do take your fluids with you as there is no stall on the hill.
This place is highly recommended by me.
