My daughter has been studying in this school for the last 2 years. Off Late, we have started facing many issues in the school like Inefficient Transport Department
Seems like Transport Department is not being run by a professional logistics / transport company. Whenever we call up the van staff to know the location of van, they are ignorant of it. As well, umpteen requests to Transport Department to have trained staff is also in vain. After a long discussion with Transport desk, I understand it is van drivers "short route" algorithm and Transport Department do not even have a route map
Every day, the van reaches the school late and students generally miss the assembly & part of first period. After repeated attempts to correct it, Transport Department has the same old lame excuse of traffic being high on GST Road. Complaints to management just get redirected to Transport Department
(*) Indifferent Management
We do not obtain timely information from School regarding any events taking place in the school. Only when the photos / message is uploaded in school web site, we come to know about it. As well, although school does receive circulars about events happening, either they are discarded or they just lie with the admin and is not being passed on to parents / kids
(*) Lethargic Attitude
Teachers do not see / act on the comments from parent and I understand from my kid that helping maid takes care of seeing the diary and provides it to class teacher for her autograph. Most of our questions to teacher just carry the signature of teacher and does not carry the response to the question.
The school campus looks slushy after a drizzle. Even after complaints to school, no effort has been made to correct it.
Kids have real difficulty in identifying their respective bus as ROUTE numbers are not placed in the bus and umpteen requests on this has not got the results
I put my Daughter in this school, assuming it will be on par with PSBB K.K.Nagar / T.Nagar. Till date have not seen this happen and still waiting to see this happen.
