I am writing this review after more than a year of getting 2 suits stitched for my wedding. It is frustrating to note that the fitting and stitch of the suit is not at all up to the mark. I had chosen this tailor because I heard they were the best in town. Not anymore, and the reviews of other people also confirm my review.
I had gone for the first fitting, and that time everything seemed fine. When I wore the final stitch, I told them that things did not feel right in the pant stitching at the hip, and that it felt tight and odd, I even showed them a readymade pant which I had worn, and said that this was comfortable and I wanted it that way. But they just threw some technical jargon at me, and said they will iron the inseams to make it ok, which never worked.
The suit looks fine, but now with more experience and other tailored suits at a better price, I have come to realize that the tailors at PN Rao are not so great as they are shown to be, and that even if the suit does not fit you, they will say that it is a good fit.
PS: They never mentioned they would embroider my name in the coat, so I never bothered to correct my spelling mistake in the receipt. Now I am stuck with 2 suits worth 12k which has a wrong spelling!
