Booked a room for three at jammu-katra using this app!
Very bad rooms! Had to change the room twice.
We were given rooms on third floor!
No elevator.
My companions were of 54 and 62 age and had to climb the stairs every time we went down.
After coming home from darshan( climbing nd getting down the holy mountain) it was worst nightmare to climb these stairs and getdown again for dinner!
Food served in hotel was not good at all! Every time we ordered something they use to forget to bring a spoon or pickle or something else!
Twice confused and got tea instead of coffee!
Room cleanliness was satisfactory
Tv was working
Geyser was not working in any of the rooms.
Room service was at its worst!
The call boy use to come 30-40 mins after calling at the reception!
The hotel was not like the one shown in pictures
