Bought the Aeroquiet fan on 13th Dec, 2023. The technician couldn’t install the fan!! 2 more people came to help. Fan was installed but it began making noise. So, I lodged a complaint and then technician again came. Told me that the regulator was the problem. Which was replaced immediately. After a week again the fan began making sounds. The fan is under 2 year warranty. I called the technician again so he said, share Bill n warranty. Fan will be replaced. Called customer care to be told fan can just be repaired. No replacements done. So much confusion. And now I am stuck with a super noisy fan. It was supposed to be QUIET. What a joke. Money time effort WASTED! Don’t buy this fan. The product is bad and the technician can’t do his job properly.
