I have a service contract for both my AC thru on site. It is the most disgusting service I have experienced , laid back, takes more than 2 weeks and even after repair the AC works only for 2 days then wait another 2 weeks by then the summers are over. Customer service at its worst, miscommunication between on site and AC service dealers . They are tied up with very inexperienced service companies who don’t know their job and in the process damage another part . I took my complain to croma since they were tied up with on site and am glad to know they have cancelled their contract with them. Please beware, the service pricing is attractive but their dealers are inexperienced and are clueless how to repair
