Onsitego is using poor "Unskilled Technicians" for the service repair of ACs. I bought a New 1.5 Ton Window AC of Lloyds Havell on 09-May-2022. Onsitego sent Unskilled Technicians 11 times for the Service & Repair in last 1 year. These Onsitego Technicians damaged, spoiled my New AC. I had complained around 15 times to Onsite and vendor Croma too. Unfortunately Onsite sending Technicians after more than a week or more. I checked credentials of the Technicians, & all Onsite Technicians are 10th class standard or below. Onsite never sent any skilled Technician ITI or Engineer.
