Purchased onsite extended warranty and accidental insurance for my phone through amazon. After that everything started going downhill.
4 days later I received invoice for just extended warranty from onsite.
Called up there customer service without much help and the customer representative send me a email to register my product.
Tried to register my product, but was denied accidental insurance. Also, extended warranty registration was never confirmed.
Next day, received email for extended warranty from 1st April 1970 to 1971(what a joke)
NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ALONG
Finally, had to request refund from amazon for product delivered. Lucky for me, amazon refunded my amount promptly.
Aviod this product at all costs
