I bought this product for Summer 2018. In exactly one month from purchase, the AC was not turning on. On raising the complaint, technician came, inspected and confirmed the PCB board was damaged. I have been following with Onida customer center, Technician and Onida Head office( each entity separately) and coordinating with them to get it repaired.
PCB board was not readily available and replacement should be coming through courier. It was already 3 weeks and I am still waiting for it to get repaired. No followup and grievances - Poor customer service from Onida. I chose it as it has a better refrigerant in the price segment considering the environment and an Indian company, but you left me with a huge disappointment!
