The mobile is sleek and slim to hold and for an android lover it's a complete package. Trust me you will love it.
Network: the mobile has no problem with the network. I am using airtel service provider. Previously I have used Sony xperia sp, in this mobile the airtel network used to be very weak. As I live at country side where the network is very bad here.
But after the same sim when placed in my Oneplus 3t the network was full.
Customer service: had no problem with my phone yet. But the company is providing a good service. They are giving prompt responses as one of my friends had an issue with the display and have commented on the product on Amazon. Luckily the oneplus team provided a prompt response and his phone got replaced.
Charges and billing: well I have brought this phone on amazon. So it has priced around 29999.
The camera is very good at daylight. At night better select manual mode and it works charmingly.
Battery backup is very good it lasts a day on 4g and music and gamings sometimes in between.
Display is crisp and rich.youll love it.
