My phone fell from my pocket while getting down from car, and screen got damaged. Claim rejected with reasoning that there was improper handling of the device.
Should I have kept the phone in locker. what they mean by improper handling. Biggest cheater. I will try to take legal help. It not about 10-15k, it about cheating in day light and fooling people in mass. Owner should be booked under cheating.
I should have checked its review on mouthshut, then probably I could have avoided me getting cheated. Anyways I will try to look the option for legal help in this regard. I will teach them a lesson.
