Hi All,
I took insurance for my TV from One assist few months back. Later, I got a problem with display recently.
I raised request and the technician taken my TV. Waited for 10 days to get the issue solved, but no action taken on this.
Every time when I call, saying it will complete in 1-2 days. But later found nothing happened.
After 10 days, I fed up and asked them to return my TV.
The final outcome is, they told me it needs to replace Samsung TV display parts which they don't have and asked me to visit Samsung directly. Once I get the quotation of spare part, they will replace / reimburse the money.
To get this, I contacted customer care so many times. To say in One word One Assist customer care is the world's most worst customer care with zero knowledge and no professionalism.
I contacted Samsung and they told the same with detail problem description. Again the same, I submitted to One assist for any action as per initial discussion.
Now also no action.
Hence don't invest your valuable money and time on One Assist. You will regret at the end.
You can see the attached screen shots for proofs. One more thing is they will close ticket without any conclusion, simply update comments as customer refused the service which is joke of decade.
I will wait till this weekend and if no action thought of filing a complaint in consumer court for wasting time and money and to make One Assist to realize their mistake.
I will update review next week on what happened.
