Guys today I will let u know one of the biggest secret about this company it is that one assist doesn't provide any insurance to any of your product they are just a mediator between national insurance and consumer .most of the people don't know this .coming to the next part I had submitted my mobile phone ( iPhone 6) ok date 25 th October , 2016 and till now there is no progress made in my case .whenever I call to one assist customer care they would just tell me.within 2 days we will get the approval , but yet those 2 days have never come .so finally I decided to visit their head office which is at andheri, Mumbai and upon reaching there I narrated my case so a guy came to talk to me and asked the same 2 days but. This time I wasn't ok to provide them more 2 days so I asked them to give update about my case so that representative said me the case was rejected by IC so we have again escalated the case .by hearing this I asked them to produce the rejected letter and give my phone back but after some time I came to know my case has been approved .I didn't understand one thing if a case was rejected then how come within 15 min it got an approval.but thing doesn't ends here I was been directed to pay an excess fee of 881 rs I paid the amount and 1 week is passed .bt yet no update .Guys I would suggest never go for such fraud company .never
