Getting straight to the point, they have not refunded my money even after 5 weeks of them cancelling a trip. The intention to pay was never there. Otherwise by now they would have replied to my e-mails or atleast called back to inform on the status like they do when you make the booking.
Their accounts dept. has been working on the refund for 5 weeks (wonder what acocunting system they use!) and today when I called them again, their manager is supposedly in Delhi!! So do I need to say more on their credibility??
