I visited this place Oliva Skin Clinic(Indira Nagar) and had a bad experience .

Am just 23y old guy with few acne on my face as all guys get on their young ages.

Female Doctor - Oops! forgot her name but I should comment She was gorgeous? Lol! She made me comfortable understood the issue and she was sweet & Kind.There was nothing new I heard from her actually my Mum gave me those tips earlier and I paid 500INR to just listen again but this time from a attractive women lol. hope I get another chance just to meet her hahaha.?

Receptionist - Worst hospitality! all had a grumpy face looking at me thinking weather I will be able to afford it not hated the north Indian one especially?.To be kind Yeaaah at least there was some fake smile.

Expenses - Damn! for 500INR They Won't give a proper solution very expensive they will even start pushing you to the sessions.I guess right now am a average earning guy so it felt expensive though I got nothing out of it.Sad! My Bad I would Never ever for ever visit again lol.

We have thoroughly studied your experience at Oliva internally and we have the following response to each of your concerns:

Doctors at Oliva are Dermatologists with 9 years of study of your skin and hair, followed by the experience they gain over the years. Only upon accessing the skin and problem, do they advise any treatment, which can be a mix of treatments, topical and oral medication, or lifestyle changes. Some of the advises may coincide with what you would have heard before, but, this time with a proper medical backing to it, and not folk tales.

Regarding the comments you made about Doctor and staff, that surely is not appreciable for any women, on a public forum. They are there for your treatment and are doing their respective jobs.

Consultation Fee is less than the average most stand alone clinics would charge for a similar experience.

Treatment Expenditure is minimal at about Rs.2500. You would most likely have spent multi-fold on treating your problem earlier with over-the-counter products, following home-remedies, etc, without a permanent resort to the problem. While, at Oliva, the treatment is holistic and permanent in nature, if the course is followed properly.
