Such a worst cab service. With in a seconds for short distance they are raising prices like anything. For 10 kilometers initially it was shown 340 Rs but even though cabs are there near to that place they will not take booking request. Then immediately they will raise price to 800Rs and 1000Rs and 1200Rs... I don't know whether i booked Cab for my native or Ramoji film city or too far distance... This is one of the worst one.
Another one is I booked 5 cabs and they Called and asked me, Where you wanna go? And I am on the way to pickup... When i say destination if they don't want to come that place immediately they cancelled the booking... I was waiting with kids on the road and that too it's summer which is very difficult with kids waiting outside on the road....
Then there is one auto came, i asked him to come he said ok sir and he said 200 Rs i have given him 250Rs, bcoz he saved us in that critical time.... You knew who ever cancelled the my booking these ola guys ( 5 bookings) price shown me 400 Rs for one another 576Rs and another guy 680 Rs even though price is high, Booked 5 times
So guys don't prefer these waste fellows(ola cabs)
I have taken screen shots of those persons numbers also...
I would like to complaint on them... If we cancel the cab due to any reason they will deduct amount from us right... But if these worst persons cancel cabs from their side, are they going to pay US... No right...
Government should take action on this... If they cancel the cab from their end sould pay complete amount of the journey...
