OLA is an leading cab company and working from many years in india. I am from jaipur Raj, and before 2 months I have to go on my friend's house and I am in hurry. so I have decided to book ola cab. I have downloaded ola app from google playstore and created my account and then book ola cab for my destination using my current location.
app shows 4 minutes waiting time for my cab and after 4 minutes my cab was in front of me. I have shows booking code to driver and start my trip. my destination was 12 km away and app shows approximately 136 rs to pay.
when we reached near to my detination then driver says that he cannot ho inside the street. bcoz my selected location was here. but I said him to take extraa money and also asking him to change my destination. but he saying that he cannot go ahed.
and then I have to get out from ola cab there and paid full amount in cash to the driver. now I am feeling very angry on ola cab. bcoz my destination was approx. 1km away from there.
so from this experience I didn't like ola cab.
