Just worst service
They hire the worst employees who does not know to talk to a customer
The incident happened today booked cab today around 5 pm the driver was too good but unfortunately when we reached our destination and wantex to stop the ride the driver was not able to stop it due to some issues so xalled up their cs and the experience was worst the employee named keshav spoke to me and was very rude on call and not at all concerned about my situation was going on and on.
Then the worst part somewhat I paid the amount told by the cs which was extra than regular .
Then after almost an hour got a call from one more employee who called up to say sorry and returned my extra amount by institing me to bot to right abt the incident in any social media
So friends be aware of such things and avoid ola
