I had booked an OLA cab for the first time recently and got a confirmation via mail and SMS. I called the OLA customer care afterwards just to make sure; they responded that the cab will reach at scheduled time and my request has been registered.
I had to reach airport at 2.30PM and I had booked a cab for 1.30PM. The OLA cab never came. When I contacted the customer care at 1:30PM they informed me that due to some technical issue they cannot send the cab.
I cannot understand what kind of an excuse was that? If they were serious about their business they could have messaged me prior that the cab cannot be arranged. Only when I called I came to know that no one is coming.
I called another cab service then and they arranged a cab in 5 minutes flat. I was lucky that I did not miss my flight.
