Indisciplined and Unprofessional. Review on Ola Cabs

Well, I had a horrible experience with OLA company and the cab driver, therefore I wanted to share my experience with you so that you think twice before booking OLA cab. Pl consider it a warning if you are looking to ride on OLA cabs. The incident took place on this Sunday morning. I had a train to catch at Delhi railway station at 5:30 in the morning and booked a cab the night before(CRN:659353489). The time allotted for the cab to reach at my home was 4:30. In the morning I called the driver at 4 am and he said that he will be with me very soon, but it was 4:45 and there was no sign of him, I called his no. but to my surprise it was switched off, therefore I called OLA customer care. They assure me to send someone else to pick me up. The other guy did turn up but I think he was reluctant to do the job. He was not interested to talk to me and did not pass any smile to me. The cab was not good looking and stinking from inside, it was not cleaned properly. It appears to me that someone may have consumed liquor last night. But I didn’t have much choice as I was getting late to catch the train. But the worse was still waiting for me. The old car broke down in the mid way. And it was only 15 minutes remaining for my train to arrive at the station. It was early morning and find out any other source of vehicle is rare. I had no choice but to run. Luckily the train was 5 minut late and somehow I manage to catch the train. I complaint OLA authority the same day but no one until now has bothered to call me and apologise. This kind of behaviour is totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Pl book Ola cab only when you don’t have to catch any train or flight. My experience was pathetic and I will never book any OLA cab again.
