Ola cabs. Review on Ola Cabs

Hello all today I am going to share my experiences about my horrible experience with ola cabs recently I had my business trip from Bangalore to Delhi for which I carried even my family members as I had 3 extra days after my official work so I tried hiring train first but no train tickets are available at that time so I booked an ola cab when we are started it was good as the driver contact us freely and he communicating in english and then the real show started after 1 hour we entered to a toll gate then he asked me give money and as per their ruled the total taxes are added to the final bill I said him about it and then he behaving rudely and saying its their wish I was very fraustated but at final I gave the money as my family along with me and we travelled for after distance I was still on fraustation and he is trying to cover the distance meter with an towel I asked him about it again and he is behaving like more than normal I was like just to beat him but my wife just stopping me to do that so I was staying calm still and his overaction increasing bit by bit so I called the customer care andsaid about all things and they also behaving like nothing happened and I said them I want to cancel the booking they said it costs extra money and I paid them and relieved from an worst service operator and taken another one taxi and felt good
