I am using Oglas app for 20 days . This app give 15 Paisa to the user's wallet for every incoming & outgoing call . But, there have some problems in this app .
I have installed it by seeing a blog in facebook . After installing the app when I try to register on it, it was loading for long time, then it was failed . Again I had tried the same, but faced same result . For this reason I had losses too many time & lastly I was unable to register on it . Then I uninstalled the app . After 2 days from previous installed date, every day I had received too many SMS in my mobile from Oglas for re-install the app . These SMS were too much irritating for me . When I was busy in my important duty, I had received the SMS . This was very disturbing for me . To obviate from these SMS, I had reinstall the app & register on it .
During call, it show a big banner on screen . This make some problem .
There have no different way of earning except call . Also, earning not depend upon call duration, i.e if if you call for 10 sec or 10 hours there have same earning as 15 Paisa .
Oglas say user can transfer money to another's wallet, but there have no option to transfer money any one's wallet also not available any option withdrawn money in bank account .
Few days ago, I had received 2 calls one was for 44 seconds another was 30 seconds . But, didn't received any earning for these two call . These call also not updated on history of the app . For this reason, I call customer care of the app . But, customer care was pathetic . Their voice was not clear . They are unable to my problem . They gave wrong information . I also mailed them with screenshot . But, issue not solved .
Few days ago, after updating the app, I was logged out automatically & when I try to log in it was failed . They had stoped using the app for 3 days without any notification . One day when try to recharge, it show that they are not available for 3 days . Today also, when I try to recharge at 10 PM, it show recharge available during 10 AM to 6 PM . This is also a big problem . I can't recharge as per my suitable time . There have a big limitation of recharge, I can't recharge more than 50/- or less than 50/- . They provide only 50/- recharge .
So, as of now there have many problems in this app . I can rate it good after solving the problem . Now I suggest that, don't use the app .
