In the first place why did I pick this book ??? , The title was very catchy and that may be the only thing that can attract readers about this book , Story of the book: Lead character goes to college , hangs around with friends , sleeps with girls when he gets tired of sleeping with them, he dumps them. Occasionally to make the readers remember that he is from college talks about his college life and his career .
Initially the book seemed to be interesting with the characters and the plot , After a time the story tends to become repetitive.The book may appeal people in the age group of 15 to 25 with lots of addiction towards love , sex and drugs. The narrow line between love and eroticism gets faded way too often . After rushing through the first half of the book, the book started to feel boring and I had hard time taking it to the finish line. Yes, we shall welcome people in Indian writing.
After having my experience right from R K Narayan to Chethan Bhagat. The book lacks the punch that it needs to sustain in the memory of readers over years ahead. The Author is good enough for his first book but requires serious effort to stand in the same line with that of Chethan.
