OCTA is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
On 04th July, I made a payment of 25000 through UPI to the UPI ID VSLNET23.08@cmsidfc as instructed on the Company App portal. However, there seems to be a misallocation of the payment. The company's support team claims that I paid to a different UPI ID, namely VSiNET23.08@cmsidfc, which is not accurate. It is disheartening that even after sharing this evidence multiple times, I have not received any concrete resolution or update on the matter.Pleae help me to get my payments from octafx as I am not getting any support from them
