O2 is literally waste of money. I had a very bad experience in Velachery branch. Trainers are not proper/
I am new to gym. I joined for muscle gain program. Trainer was assigned to me after bugging them a lot. Though I paid money. Coming to trainer he is literally waste. Though he has a gym body. He doesn't know how to train people he will tell do this he will go out and chat again he will coming telling do this and again he will go for chat.
Such a Irresponsible trainers. No encouragement nothing. Guys kindly dont join this gym especially in Velachery branch. I have no idea about other branches but for god sake dont join in Velachery branch. Literally waste of money no satisfaction. O2 management kindly take of Velachery branch.
