I have to say there's no competition in this league. I am a regular customer for about 1 and half years now, I have to say they have always seemed to amaze me.
Firstly, they have a variety of brands, both local as well as international such as Estée Lauder, innisfree, chambor, essence, NYX and many others. Also u get a good detailed description along with customer reviews on the various products. They also have an exclusive lingerie section. Over the years they have teamed up with various brands and made them available to us all over the country.
Secondly, quality is a measure that every site has to ensure, and I have to say regarding that I have never been worried, as stated otherwise by some others. If so, you have a 24/7 customer care team, which will surely take care to the issue involved.
Thirdly, delivery time is a little of an issue to me, it takes about a week for my products to reach my destination, maybe because of my address.
And finally, the offers are to die for guys. They have sales all year round, with fabulous and cute goodies if we purchase above a certain amount, which I always end up exceeding. Presently they have a winter sale going on.
Ps: forgot to mention about the Nykaa nail paints and lipstick, which are a steal for that price and quality. Also they have videos featuring various looks using products from their site by various beauty bloggers.
