Nykaa and me ..no way !!!. Review on Nykaa

Hello viewers, if you don't have that much patience to wait for your fancy orders then please don't ever go for this site. This site is basically a girls site as it deals with all kinds of makeup products. By the way, not all the brands are available in this site, they have very limited collections of brands. you will only get to see   lakme, maybelline, revlon, loreal and their very own nykaa tagged products.If you are a dior or mac or any other high level products user then nykaa.com is definitely not your destination for expectations and one more thing the product they have kept in there so called stores, if you look for something extraordinary like mousse of particular shade then I pity you girls do't bang your head on wall searching for your desired shades as this site only contains very limited items and limited brands .

Once I was looking for makeup online and one of my friend told me about this site .Immediately I went through the site and looked for my wish list . I wanted a maybelline mousse for dusky shade, lakme primer, some plum pink fusia lipsticks shades of lakme and absolute maroon magic and some nail paints of some reputed brand.first I looked for the primer and somehow I found one in some discount . I was happy at first that I got primer in little cheaper but not of the desired flavour I wanted . Then I looked for the mousse which I always use of a particular brand and i.e. maybelline newyork and that too for a dusky shade.But unfortunately I didn't find one .Then I looked for lipsticks I wanted but did'nt find all the shades I was looking for and end up ordering just two lipsticks of my choice.Then I searched for nail paints and found nykaa tagged brand nail paints. There wer quite an attractive shades so I ordered four shaded from that.I paid online for my orders and it said my order would come in a weeks time.Almost two months passed and my order did not arrived . I was so agitated and irritated with the delivery service that I called the customer care of nykaa. They again said my order would come by weekends but it came a weeks later.But I sighed atleast it came . When I opened the box I found they sent me lipsticks of some other shades and nykaa tagged nail paint brands were so bad and cheap quality even the footpath wander would sell some better quality nail paint than this .

So certainly, I had a worst experience with nykaa. Firstly their horrible delivery service and secondly their carelessness of sending some other orders and third but not least nykaa's own brand products is not even worth calling a brand .So ladies say no to nykaa.
