I bought this panini griller from a showroom for personal use. This panini grill is easy to use for me and control it without any problem. I used only two months this panini grill and its create problems. This panini grill did not a hot panini at those time and its heat supply is very poor. I went to their showroom after one day and they did not ready to return it. They said this panini grill company does not give return policy after disgusting.
