I ordered this product from amazon.in. It is not at all non-stick.
Quality of the product is not good. This snack maker comes with 3 plates which are soo called non-stick but even a slice of bread get stick to it even after putting soo much butter.
For Waffle we have to put one tea spoon batter or else all batter comes out and waffle will also never come out from the plates.
Once I used it sandwich making plates and its too small so I use grill plates to make sandwich.
I put cucumber, tomato and cheese slice in one sandwich and back of the toaster lid pop out and now the lid became loose. I have to close the lid and press behind also to press the sandwich.
Customer care of Nova is useless. They will never reply us back. I tried alot and I even the seller of amazon, he said me I have to contact Nova customer care and ask them to do something regarding this.
Will never buy anything from Nova again.
